What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the Executive Perspectives program globally.
• Lead design and execution of flagship and stand-alone global executive events.
• Establish a scalable global framework and brand architecture for executive forums.
• Define and manage the program's content strategy and anchor content partnership.
• Enable executive engagement and account alignment, serving as a senior matrix partner.
• Measure program impact and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in senior marketing roles focusing on global events and executive engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional programs with senior visibility.
• Experience managing external partnerships (academic institutions, media organizations, analysts, or consulting firms).
• Strong collaboration skills across Brand, Content Marketing, Thought Leadership, Communications, and Events.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS; CX, AI, or digital transformation experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.
