What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end brand campaign development and delivery across OOH, digital, social, search, CTV, and audio platforms.
  • Drive campaign planning, including strategy alignment, objective definition, and market trend research.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, product, and data teams for campaign creation, testing, and launch.
  • Coordinate with media planning and buying teams to create schedules and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all campaigns maintain consistency with hirify.global’ brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand or campaign management, preferably in an enterprise brand or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel brand campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Exceptional program management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with campaign measurement methodologies and ability to interpret data into insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global market campaigns.
  • Background in enterprise technology, data, or AI industries.
  • Hands-on knowledge of OOH, CTV, and audio media channels.
  • Understanding of AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
