What you will do

• Manage scheduling, contributor tracking, permissions, contracts, and workflow logistics for editorial content.
• Design and execute campaigns across email, social, and other platforms to raise the journal’s profile and promote new content.
• Manage the journal’s social channels, drafting posts, scheduling content, and engaging with followers and contributors.
• Support planning and execution of lectures, symposia, private dinners, and journal convenings, handling logistics and speaker support.
• Collaborate on event and content programming with the commissioning editor and Futures leadership.
• Work on wider Communications projects to align messaging around AI and the team.
• Assist in operational support across the Futures team, coordinating calendars, tracking budgets, and managing vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or a writing/editing role.
• Strong experience in editorial and event operations, including content workflows and social media.
• Experience and/or interest in AI or technology.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
