What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for enterprise collaboration and engagement use cases in Jira.
• Drive adoption and engagement within enterprise customers.
• Understand enterprise personas and workflows through customer feedback and research.
• Partner with go-to-market teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) for feedback.
• Define and track success metrics for both customer and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing) to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS and customer-facing products.
• Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Experience working directly with customers, including conducting discovery interviews and synthesizing feedback.
• Strong ability to partner with go-to-market teams and incorporate field insights into product decisions.
• Demonstrated success delivering features or improvements that drive adoption, engagement, or workflow efficiency.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining metrics and using data to evaluate impact.
