What you will do

• Build, launch, and scale a new compliance product from concept to customer adoption.
• Sharpen the MVP, make clear trade-offs, and ship early versions for in-market learning and adjustment.
• Work directly with users to pressure-test the product through real usage and feedback.
• Design and ship AI-assisted workflows for compliance management, ensuring accuracy, trust, and explainability.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, content, legal, and GTM teams to maintain momentum and clarify decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 0→1 builder, transforming ambiguous problems into shipped products.
• Strong product fundamentals: clear problem framing, ruthless prioritization, and outcome-oriented thinking.
• Comfortable working with AI, understanding modern AI systems and responsible design.
• Grit to navigate unclear or messy situations without stalling.
• Bias to action, shipping, learning, and adjusting with velocity.
• Commercial mindset, caring about product salability, adoption, and trust.
• Must be open to candidates on the East Coast of Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience in compliance, HR tech, B2B SaaS, or regulated environments.
