Salary: $98,600 - $116,000

What you will do

• Work cross-functionally to develop, deploy, measure, and optimize communications to prospects, partners, and customers.
• Execute and optimize email campaigns in Marketo and Iterable based on engagement metrics.
• Partner with Marketing Operations, Data Science, and Data Engineering to refine segmentation and increase reach.
• Standardize reporting to stakeholders, distilling data into actionable insights for program performance.
• Maintain hirify.global Marketing’s email calendar to align messaging and avoid overcommunication.
• Conduct A/B testing, evolve experimentation frameworks, and architect nurture and drip campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email marketing, and/or marketing operations, preferably in B2B marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Fluent in email best practices and possess strong proofreading skills.
• Experimentation mindset with A/B testing experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of system integrations, particularly across Marketo, Iterable, and Salesforce.
