What you will do
- Operate as a full-life cycle recruiter, driving end-to-end talent acquisition for critical Research Scientist and Research Engineer roles in North America.
- Confidently navigate the offer process, leveraging expertise to close top-tier global AI talent.
- Identify gaps in recruiting processes and develop solutions to improve business engagement and hiring of key talent.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing data-backed updates and insights to drive effective hiring decisions.
- Represent hirify.global at external events to strengthen the brand and engage with candidates.
- Develop and maintain talent acquisition strategies tailored to the North American market, including employer branding and market-specific analysis.
Requirements
- Experienced talent acquisition partner with a proven track record of end-to-end hiring across a broad range of technical roles in the US market.
- Expert knowledge of managing the end-to-end hiring process, specifically navigating complex offer processes to secure top talent in the global AI market.
- A thought partner to the business, offering a consultative approach and ensuring fair and equitable hiring.
- Interested in AI and Technology, wanting to contribute to GDM’s mission and leveraging AI tools effectively and responsibly to recruit.
- Demonstrated understanding of how to successfully recognize and advocate for talent.
- Experience developing new processes and workflows, specifically related to hiring in the US tech market.
Nice to have
- Strong domain knowledge and expertise in AI/ML/Research talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success operating in unstructured and ambiguous environments.
- Track record of designing strategy and delivering impact for a client.
