What you will do
- Partner with Business team leaders as a trusted thought partner and advisor.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing through close.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve hiring strategy.
- Design structured, scalable hiring processes across intake, interview design, calibration, and debriefs.
- Use data and insights to improve funnel health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers to strengthen decision quality and reduce bias.
- Build diverse pipelines and ensure inclusive process design at every stage.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with deep expertise in Marketing hiring.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
- Strong sourcing and closing instincts, backed by market fluency across Marketing disciplines.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and judgment, delivering thoughtful experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to work in hirify.global's San Francisco or New York office on Mondays and Thursdays.
