What you will do
- Partner with Sales leadership to define and execute recruitment strategies.
- Refine and scale recruitment processes for sales functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level sales roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and best practices to hiring managers.
- Mentor junior recruiters and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional recruitment efforts and support change management initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales roles.
- Previous experience in an agency recruiting environment is required.
- Proven success in building and scaling recruitment processes for high-growth sales teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to report to Dallas, TX office 2+ days a week.
