What you will do

• Build and lead the Strategy function within the Product & Engineering organisation to accelerate clarity, focus, and impact.
• Work closely with the CPO and Product & Engineering leadership to define strategic priorities.
• Assess opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans and execution.
• Shape product direction and drive alignment across the company.
• Ensure fast, data-informed decisions across product initiatives.
• Drive the company-wide product vision.

Requirements

• Experience as a Strategy Manager or in a similar high-ownership role.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Experience working with CPO and product/engineering leadership.
• Must be based in London, UK for this hybrid role.
• English: B2 required.
