What you will do

• Contribute to the design and management of deposit products through their full lifecycle to meet customers' needs.
• Drive savings product initiatives and make recommendations to enhance customer and product proposition.
• Lead and support the delivery of agreed product changes, including pricing, to manage commercial performance.
• Maintain a full understanding of relevant compliance and local market regulatory issues.
• Monitor product performance and analyze existing customer behavior to recommend changes.
• Partner with marketing, Customer Care, and Operations teams to deliver agreed tasks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail banking experience in a savings product role within a large incumbent/direct bank/fintech.
• Subject matter expert in savings products including interest rate/pricing dynamics.
• Experience working in a product team on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.
• Good knowledge of banking trends, consumer behavior, and relevant local regulations such as BCOBS, AML/KYC, TCF, and Conduct risk & Consumer duty.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working and delivering in an agile environment.
