What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategic roadmap, and execution plan for a core area of hirify.global’s AI portfolio.
• Translate high-level business goals into AI product strategy and measurable outcomes, securing executive alignment.
• Identify how AI can materially impact key business metrics and prioritise accordingly.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, user research, and ideation through delivery, iteration, and scale.
• Write and own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), success metrics, and roadmaps, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, and other Product Owners to ensure a unified, scalable approach.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning complex digital or data/AI products.
• 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI related product management.
• Track record of leading products from concept to launch and scale with clear business impact.
• Proven ability to successfully ship AI/ML products and understand AI logic (data, models, user feedback).
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into structured strategies and executable plans.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Ability to work 2 days a week in the London office.
