AI Product Manager (Agentic Development)

AI Product Manager (Agentic Development): Building and scaling an Agentic Development product to accelerate software delivery with an accent on expanding capabilities, driving adoption, and measurably reducing development lead time. Location: Global remote, with option to work from offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Brazil, Argentina, or hybrid in London.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Agentic Development across the SDLC.
• Expand agent capabilities, including ticket understanding, language/repo coverage, validation, orchestration, and runtime.
• Instrument and track operational and impact metrics to guide the roadmap and rollouts.
• Drive developer adoption, enablement, documentation, demos, and training at the squad/team level.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC policies, auditability of agent actions, and alignment with risk/security requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally and execute quickly through controlled rollouts, experiments, and issue triage.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience, having shipped and operated production code, with fluency in Git, code review, CI/testing.
• 3+ years product management experience, preferably in developer tools, platforms, or ML/AI systems.
• Practical experience building with LLMs/agents, including function calling/tools, retrieval/context engineering, and evaluation harnesses.
• Ability to read/reference code and architecture, prototype to de-risk ideas, and define clear problem statements, metrics, and success criteria.
• Comfortable designing metrics, running experiments, and using telemetry to prioritize and validate changes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with proven ability to align engineering, platform, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent orchestration/runtime frameworks (e.g., Metaflow, Argo/Airflow, LangGraph) and LLM observability (e.g., Langfuse/Langsmith).
• Familiarity with vector search/RAG and best practices standardization for developer agents.
• Background in fintech/payments or other regulated environments, with experience in SDLC/audit requirements.
