What you will do

  • Ensure partners deliver measurable value to clients through hirify.global platform deployment and optimization.
  • Serve as a key advisor on e-commerce, analytics, digital marketing, and related technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships, acting as their advocate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop business strategies and align on goals.
  • Lead partner onboarding, platform adoption, and understanding of product features.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to maximize client outcomes and platform ROI.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a consulting or customer success role within a SaaS environment, ideally in e-commerce, marketing automation, or data-driven sectors.
  • Strong consulting skills including clear communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to diverse business models, providing tailored strategic advice.
  • Experience with online analytics, performance marketing, A/B testing, personalization, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proactive problem-solving, organizational skills, and professional handling of complex situations.
  • English: Native or professional fluency required.

  • Basic technical knowledge (HTML/CSS).
