Location: Remote (Sweden only)

Salary: SEK 1,119,000–SEK 1,345,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create other enablement material.

Requirements

• Must be located in Sweden.
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for various and complex assignments.
• First-class written and oral communication skills in English to articulate value propositions and technical advantages.
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
• Love solving technical challenges and thriving on bringing creative solutions to customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
