What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Contribute to code reviews, fostering a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends, contributing to the organization’s technology communities.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
• Develop technical expertise in your work area, acting as an advisor and influencing decision-making.

Requirements

• Software development experience in C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with modern DevOps tools such as Gitlab and JIRA.
• English: B2 required as the main communication language in an international team.
• In-depth technical knowledge and experience within your assigned area of expertise.
• Thorough understanding of underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Cloud technologies, SQL.
• Familiarity with investment banking or financial derivative products.
• Relevant university degree, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Physics.
