What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages and tools.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance, adhering to secure coding practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and actively contribute to technology communities.
• Implement effective unit testing practices for proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in software development with C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with modern DevOps technologies (Gitlab, JIRA).
• English: B2+ required for main communication in an international team.
• In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of underlying principles in assigned area of expertise.
• Ability to perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and drive continuous improvement.
• Adherence to secure coding practices and relevant rules, regulation, and codes of conduct.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Cloud technologies, SQL.
• Familiarity with investment banking and/or financial derivative products.
• Relevant university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Physics).
