Location: Fully remote with a flexible working schedule.

What you will do

  • Manage accounts from onboarding to renewal.
  • Guide clients on technical, business, and product levels, collaborating with other teams.
  • Process quotes, agreements, and NDAs for smooth client onboarding.
  • Research and identify potential prospects based on strategy development.
  • Maintain highly targeted outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to source meetings.
  • Introduce new features and handle releases for clients.

Requirements

  • English, Spanish and Portuguese: C1+ required.
  • Demonstrated account management experience in B2B cloud/SaaS software, financial services, compliance, or crypto sales.
  • Experience with CRM pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-organized.
