What you will do
- Lead end-to-end programs from multi-year roadmap facilitation to execution, translating corporate strategy into deliverables.
- Act as primary communicator for high-complexity projects, synthesizing information for leadership.
- Drive technical transparency, identify complexity risks, and ensure technical designs meet high-quality standards.
- Optimize cross-team processes and software development workflows, instilling best practices.
- Drive consensus across engineering, product, and operations, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management with a track record of delivering high-visibility, multi-team initiatives.
- Strategic mindset, connecting project-level work to broad business goals and cost optimizations.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC, Agile, and ability to converse fluently on complex engineering architectures and security/privacy.
- Experience mentoring peers and driving team growth through hiring and process excellence.
- Comfort in a "Senior II" role where you deliver independently.

- Experience with program management for projects that span multiple years and geographically disparate teams.
