What you will do

• Lead Comms initiatives across sync, async, contacts management, device software, and common services.
• Partner with engineering teams, leadership, product management, and UX to ensure the best customer experience using innovative technologies.
• Serve as the POC for broader Alexa+ mechanisms like LRs, Deep Dives, and Product Days.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Alexa and partner teams and manage executive-level communications.
• Lead the roadmap prioritization process.
• Manage cross-functional quality initiatives like CPDR deep dives and fixes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
