What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI product vision, roadmap, and delivery.
• Ensure the business performance of AI products, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Define near and mid-term AI strategy (12–36 months) and influence longer-term direction.
• Drive the evolution of AI-native UI and UX across the platform.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Go-to-Market teams for cross-functional alignment.
• Lead and mentor AI-focused product managers and cross-functional product pods.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience with increasing scope and ownership.
• Proven experience leading AI-powered or data-driven products from concept to scale.
• Strong product judgment with clear business and customer orientation.
• Ability to influence across functions and operate comfortably with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation.
• Background in SaaS products serving SMBs, agencies, or complex workflows.
• Experience evolving UI/UX around intelligent or automated systems.
