Product Manager (HR Tech): Shaping and evolving an entire ecosystem of talent solutions to drive seamless customer experiences with an accent on defining product priorities, advocating for customer needs, and collaborating cross-functionally. Focus on guiding product vision, influencing roadmap decisions, and delivering impactful enhancements for a talent cloud platform.

Location: Hybrid (Remote / On Site) in Holmdel, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

  • Act as an advocate for customer and internal stakeholder needs regarding product issues and improvements.
  • Define and prioritize the Product Backlog for the assigned product, presenting business justification.
  • Liaise with Business Analysts and Labs teams, clearly communicating business objectives and requirements.
  • Perform functionality requirement documentation, manage customer beta programs, and conduct pricing analytics.
  • Support customer escalations, demonstrations, and on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure optimal product positioning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Technical ability to lead complex project assignments.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding and experience of product roadmap planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
