Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) and requires applicants to be based in one of the following US locations: Coppell, TX, Wichita, KS, or Kennesaw, GA. Onsite attendance at a hirify.global office may be required for recruitment.

Salary: $83,600.00 - $145,900.00 USD

What you will do

• Manage the development and lifecycle of CCH Axcess Tax capabilities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and firm workflows.
• Partner with Scrum teams to apply Agile practices, participate in ceremonies, and support quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive and efficient user experience improvements for tax professionals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, marketing, sales, and support) to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and maintain a product roadmap for the CCH Axcess platform.
• Implement customer feedback loops and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities, and monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in technology product management.
• Proven experience managing SaaS products, preferably in tax or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCH Axcess Tax or similar tax compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and workflows used by accounting firms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern software development practices.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
