Salary: $140,000–$215,000

• Define and refine digital product strategy for Quote & Bind and Self-Service platforms.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to create seamless and accessible digital interfaces.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the digital product backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver high-impact enhancements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital platforms or customer-facing technology.
• Strong background in digital experience design, UX/UI principles, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback and analytics into actionable improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Design.
