What you will do

• Design and execute EMEA-wide hiring strategies for Product Management, Data Analytics, and Design roles.
• Improve end-to-end hiring delivery across EMEA.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Product, Data, and Design leaders.
• Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, with strong knowledge of the EMEA market.
• Exceptional stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
