Paysend is scaling its engineering teams — and we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who’s passionate about finding, engaging, and hiring world-class engineering talent.

What you’ll do
— Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles across multiple technical domains
— Proactively source top engineering talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other channels
— Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines
— Partner closely with Engineering Managers & the CTO to define hiring strategies
— Deliver a consistent, high-quality, inclusive candidate experience
— Track sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and hiring performance
— Share market insights and drive continuous improvement of hiring processes

What you’ll bring
— 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
— Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with engineering talent markets
— Experience hiring across international markets
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management
— Understanding of engineering teams, stacks, and tech hiring best practices
— Experience with modern ATS systems (Teamtailor is a plus)
— Strong analytical and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
