hirify.global is a rapidly growing Health-Tech company disrupting the PBM sector through a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

• Focus on back-end architecture, designing, developing, and maintaining hirify.global product features using Golang, GraphQL, Node, and SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to understand functional requirements and produce high-quality, scalable software.
• Provide scope and risk estimates for system and feature builds by creating comprehensive technical design documentation.
• Utilize AWS technologies, including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and RDS, to handle diverse job types and batch processing.
• Perform triage for live issues, assess impact, execute mitigation plans, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Guide junior team members through design and code reviews, providing actionable feedback.

Requirements

• BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Solid experience working with a compiled language such as Go, Java, C#, or C++.
• Proficiency with relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL), including schema design, SQL tuning, and database monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable APIs, with a solid understanding of design patterns and testing best practices.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL APIs, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
