Salary: $175,000 - $232,000 base salary range + annual bonus

• Influence multiple engineering groups as a technical lead and provide exceptional technical contributions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including significant experience leading complex, full-stack systems in modern JavaScript/TypeScript environments.
• Expertise in designing and evolving scalable frontend architectures (React.js) and strong backend design (Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful services).
• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and a strong background in performance optimization across the stack.
• Experience architecting and scaling event-driven systems, messaging infrastructure (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and real-time data pipelines.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record of driving technical strategy, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring senior engineers.
