What you will do
- Coordinate services functions and client experience across service lines within Managed Services.
- Align on technical solutions and collaborate with peer Architects to advance team skills.
- Provide support to the solution architecture presales team, aligning presales and delivery expectations.
- Serve as a coach to support the upskilling of team members.
- Help foster relationships internally and externally with Sales, Clients, and Microsoft.
- Assist with project blockers, facilitate change orders, and drive cross-practice solutions for customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology roles spanning technical engineering, operations, and support.
- Previous experience as technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements with strong consultative skills.
- Extensive Azure experience and certification, including Compute, Network, Storage, WVD.
- Experience migrating or deploying infrastructure using Azure Portal or Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, deployment automation, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with tools for managing Cost, Security, and Compliance in the Public Cloud.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
