What you will do

• Coordinate program execution, track milestones, and resolve blockers for assigned program areas.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and mobilize teams to deliver change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing, sales, security) to define priorities and remove obstacles.
• Track performance, communicate updates, and prepare executive summaries and enablement resources.
• Ensure the voice of the customer is considered in product decisions and solutions.
• Help define and monitor KPIs and partner with BI for reporting cadences.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or customer experience roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience supporting cross-functional programs or initiatives, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise environments.
• Skilled in developing and delivering presentations and enablement resources for diverse audiences.
