Salary: USD $130,900 – $303,600 per year

What you will do
- Develop and optimize scalable processes for the entire product development lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain a predictable rhythm for product releases and strategic planning.
- Streamline communication channels between product, engineering, design, and commercial teams.
- Partner with data science to build and maintain dashboards to monitor product health and performance.
- Communicate product roadmap updates, launch timelines, and performance insights to the wider organization.
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base, serving as the single source of truth for product documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
- Consistent history of working directly with product, engineering, and go-to-market (GTM) leadership managing multiple complex, large-scale product launches and go-to-market strategies simultaneously.
- 5+ years of product operations experience that includes product development lifecycle experience.
- 5+ years of experience with product roadmap management and strategic planning for product releases.
- Must reside within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. to comply with the hybrid work model starting January 26, 2026.
