What you will do
- Handle requests from the support team and colleagues, performing basic problem analysis.
- Identify and report bugs, and create development tasks for fixing technical issues.
- Standardize solutions and update documentation for L1 and L2 support teams.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools and processes, including BackOffice enhancements.
- Automate routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience working with Jira.
- Strong soft skills, including ownership, proactivity, and a high level of autonomy.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Knowledge and practical use of administrative automation tools.
- English at a B2 level for written communication and reading technical documentation.
- Understanding of software development principles.
- Experience writing simple SQL queries.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud.
- Experience with Google Apps Script.
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
