What you will do
- Set up, manage, and monitor ongoing campaigns within Marketo, including audience segmentation, email creation, and data management.
- Analyze ad-hoc and ongoing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute the end-to-end process of webinar set-up to drive engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email performance.
Requirements
- Experience in working in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools like Maketo and Pendo is preferred.
- Understanding of CRM best practices, principles, strategies, and standard methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus.
