What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by expanding and defending Mid-Market customer relationships through ecosystem adoption.
- Achieve assigned measures of success and quarterly stretch goals, as well as Annual KPIs.
- Contribute to and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for your assigned team.
- Drive higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance in line with corporate objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 Key Account Managers focused on direct sales pipeline growth and ecosystem solutions.
- Operationalize company strategy, culture, organization, and talent within your team and territory.
Requirements
- 8+ years of quota-carrying technology/solution sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in sales leadership/manager roles.
- Proven track record of developing breakthrough strategies and inspiring excellent execution through teams.
- History of working with marketing and partner channels to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Ability to streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Strong sales acumen and leadership to drive upsell and cross-sell per customer.
- Hypothesis and data-driven thinking with experience leveraging data for decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA or equivalent work experience.
