What you will do

• Lead the overall technology strategy for the OMS platform, aligning with business objectives.
• Direct the architecture, design, and development of high-performance, scalable, and resilient trading systems.
• Architect advanced rules engines for complex compliance checks and automated order routing.
• Lead innovation in P&L and risk attribution systems for real-time insights.
• Create seamless technology bridges between front office and middle/back office operations.
• Ensure platform compliance with financial regulations (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, etc.).

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in financial services.
• 5+ years in a senior technology role at a fintech or financial institution.
• Deep understanding of order management systems, trading workflows, and market connectivity.
• Extensive experience with position management systems across multiple asset classes.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, distributed systems, and microservices.
• English: B2 required.
