What you will do
- Gain a deep understanding of the existing B2B product suite, including digital marketing and data/analytics products, to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to collect, vet, and prioritize ideas for potential products and optimize the existing hirify.global’ product set.
- Solicit input from dealers, car manufacturers, and other advertisers via surveys, focus groups, and 1-on-1 conversations to test and refine product initiatives.
- Evaluate competitor offerings, feature sets, pricing models, and key messages to develop the best way for hirify.global to bring new products to market.
- Analyze data on product usage and performance to optimize and improve business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to roll out new products and initiatives, working closely with employees from across the organization to ensure success growth and profitability for the business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional product management experience with at least 3+ years in a product leadership position with direct reports.
- Experience with building 0 to 1 products desired, ideally within SMB SaaS or marketplace companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- World-class people management skills and a love of team building.
- Ability to lead projects of varying size and scope simultaneously while prioritizing appropriately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation experience.
