Salary: $220,000–$250,000 (New York, Los Angeles), $210,000–$240,000 (Boston), in addition to an annual variable bonus and company equity.

What you will do
- Own Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution, including launch plans, positioning, and differentiation.
- Partner with Product Management, Revenue, and Marketing to align on messaging, value propositions, and commercialization.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 10+ product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Drive an effective sales enablement engine by creating high-impact assets and measuring their impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Generate competitive, market, and client insights to inform product, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson with analysts, media, and at industry and company events.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B product marketing experience driving launches and commercialization for complex, multi-product platforms, ideally in enterprise technology.
- Proven team leadership skills, with experience building and focusing high-performing, geographically distributed PMM teams.
- Ability to build executive consensus on strategy and priorities with high-performing stakeholders across the business.
- Technical fluency, comfortable diving into product and data details and collaborating closely with technical stakeholders.
- Executive presence and clear, persuasive written and verbal communication across digital and live formats.
- History of building scalable content programs and tooling that increase sales effectiveness.
- A customer-obsessed, market-driven mindset, anticipating market shifts and translating insights into actionable strategies.
