What you will do

• Plan and deliver projects by defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Design) to meet delivery commitments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and delivery issues proactively.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of related experience, with progressive responsibility in program/project management.
• Experience working with large corporate clients in a B2B environment.
• 4-5 years in Business Change Program Management.
• Proficiency in Agile best practices, sprint discipline, and scope management.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and delivery metrics using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
