What you will do

• Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software projects (fixed-price), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Working closely with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define clear business priorities and actively support account development strategies.
• Developing and maintaining detailed delivery roadmaps, milestone plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Acting as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating strategic alignment, and ensuring transparency and efficiency.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices in Agile, hybrid, and scaled frameworks across the company.
• Supporting and guiding professional team growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Program Manager in IT outsourcing or software development for 5+ years.
• Proven expertise in managing both fixed-price projects.
• Strong technical background (knowledge of best practices in enterprise architecture, system design, deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps & CI/CD practices, API integration, or data-driven solutions).
• Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with risk management, budgeting, profitability management, and working with multiple high-level stakeholders.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
