What you will do

• Lead cross-domain initiatives, managing dependencies and risks to ensure predictable outcomes across multiple teams.
• Drive effective planning, prioritisation, and alignment between teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate delivery progress clearly, using data, metrics, and visualisation tools.
• Promote agile principles and continuous improvement to optimise delivery flow and team effectiveness.
• Identify and address delivery challenges early, ensuring effective issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery practices and frameworks across Data Engineering, and coach other Delivery Managers and team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing the delivery of complex software or data engineering initiatives across multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of agile and lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practical experience applying them at scale in complex multi-team environments.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in influencing and aligning diverse groups.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and use metrics to drive decisions and improve delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
