Salary: $125,000–$140,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Define and implement project management standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage a portfolio of Professional Services engagements, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as an escalation point for critical issues.
• Manage commercial ownership of projects, including revenue attainment, forecasting, and margin delivery.
• Oversee commercial arrangements like Statements of Work (SOWs) and change control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience delivering enterprise software solutions, with strong project and team management track record.
• 3+ years in leadership roles, managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
• Experience creating and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
