Senior Product Manager (Analytics & Platform)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Analytics & Platform): Taking full ownership of our in-product, customer-facing Analytics and other platform areas, evolving Analytics from simple data visualization into actionable insights. Focus on identifying and validating new opportunities to optimize user and customer value, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring a vision of an intelligent, connected brand orchestration platform to life.

Location: You can work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland with access to our office in St. Gallen.

What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for Analytics capabilities and platform areas like user and access management.
• Identify and validate new opportunities to optimize user and customer value of in-product Analytics.
• Discover and deliver solutions in close collaboration with your cross-functional product trio.
• Move analytics from data visualizations to actionable, personalized insights.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure new capabilities are adequately reflected in Analytics.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years experience in general software product management.
• Experience building in-product analytics or visualizing data for users with limited data literacy.
• Strong in discovering latent user needs and bringing them to life.
• Proven ability to think big and implement small, delivering customer value fast.
• Be tenacious and driven, getting tasks done without waiting to be told.
• Be a natural collaborator, working closely with other teams.
