What you will do

  • Collaborate with UK&I GTM leadership on the development of the marketing strategy to support regional goals.
  • Execute integrated marketing programs (hosted events, tradeshows, webinars, digital tactics) to support regional sales initiatives.
  • Communicate with and educate sales teams on the overall marketing strategy and available global marketing program deliverables.
  • Liaise with field sales, channel sales, customer growth managers, and BDR teams to ensure alignment on EMEA marketing programs.
  • Partner with Global Marketing and Corporate Communications teams for localization of global demand generation programs and local PR coverage.
  • Own and manage relevant components of the EMEA marketing budget and marketing calendar for the UK&I.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing in the enterprise software or high-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in demand generation, digital marketing, events management, and social media.
  • Strong project and program management experience, delivering marketing campaigns with dispersed stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with experience in building effective reporting.
  • Goal and outcome oriented, with a good understanding of marketing metrics, data measurement, and sales strategy.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo), ABM tools (6sense), and CRM (Salesforce) skills preferable.
  • Strong English written and verbal skills (B2).
  • Ability to travel – approximately 15%.
