Location: London, United Kingdom. This is a UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location. The role follows a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of data taxonomy, governance, and provisioning across OpenDoor teams.
• Partner with Amazon's tech and data leaders to align on data needs and ensure accurate reporting (98%+ accuracy).
• Communicate data governance requirements to regional teams and ensure strict implementation mechanisms.
• Serve as an escalation point for all data excellence matters (governance, provisioning, taxonomy).
• Work with Amazon's Data & Measurement teams to synthesize 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data for audience targeting.
• Provide operational oversight of the data governance practice for Amazon.

Requirements

• Experience in management of large multi-market and networked teams.
• Deep technical full-funnel media capability with strong data and analytics literacy.
• Proven track record as a responsible, accountable leader with international media management experience.
• Strong strategic communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-suite down.
• Solutions-oriented approach and high levels of organization.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
