What you will do
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase AND's impact.
- Plan and shape feasible account strategies that represent value for clients and support AND's growth.
- Manage day-to-day client and AND team needs including clear and timely communications, onboarding and rotations.
- Maintain commercially successful accounts with minimal support and proactively minimise revenue leakage.
- Build and source a team for the client, depending on the needs and skills of ANDis.
- Act as a trusted point of escalation for the client and delivery team, resolving issues for success.
Requirements
- Experienced account manager comfortable with day-to-day relationship management.
- Solid commercial knowledge and understanding of contract terms & commercial risk.
- Experience in creating SOWs.
