What you will do
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.
- Ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, design, operations) to deliver high-quality products.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, DevOps practices, and system architecture.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, drive change, and manage complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to align engineering efforts with business strategy and contribute to long-term success.
