What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team (developers, testers, DevOps, Scrum Masters) to ensure technical excellence and high delivery performance.
• Define and implement best practices across the software development lifecycle, including testing, DevOps, and agile processes.
• Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership for scalable, reliable, and secure applications, focusing on microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business strategies into technology plans and deliverables.
• Oversee quality assurance and release governance, actively managing technical debt and championing continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in a leadership or engineering management role.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and fostering continuous improvement.
• Strong background in software engineering principles, distributed systems, and architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with automation-first operations, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
