What you will do

• Own projects from a high-level perspective, defining scope, structure, and success metrics.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders during the presales phase to shape proposals and technical solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality by aligning resources, priorities, and dependencies.
• Contribute to company-wide strategic and technical direction on the Dev Board.
• Translate business objectives into engineering strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct performance evaluations for projects and individuals, identifying growth opportunities and providing feedback.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, architectures, and delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership.
• Track record of building, coaching, and scaling teams.
• Problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach.

• Previous experience in a software service company.
