What you will do

  • Build and deepen meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within your portfolio of existing UK customers.
  • Understand evolving needs and match them with appropriate solutions from the company's portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, on adoption campaigns and strategic account planning.
  • Manage your sales cycle from initial conversation to close, maintaining accurate forecasts and activity updates.
  • Continuously learn about your customers' business goals, technology stacks, and the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B software or technology sales role, with a strong focus on account management, driving expansion, and securing renewals.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping customers solve problems.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS sales models.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborative spirit for working with internal partners.
  • Experience and familiarity with the business culture in the UK.
