What you will do
- Partner with Growth Marketing leaders to define hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Growth roles, from intake through to offer and close.
- Proactively source and engage top talent across growth marketing, influencer, paid search, lifecycle, and creative strategy.
- Conduct high-quality screening interviews, assessing skills, behaviors, and values alignment.
- Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines and ensure an inclusive, structured hiring process.
- Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, including talent availability and compensation.
Requirements
- Experienced in-house recruiter or talent partner, ideally with exposure to Growth, Marketing, or Commercial hiring.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with multiple roles and senior stakeholders.
- Strong at partnering with hiring managers and influencing through data and clear communication.
- Confident sourcing proactively and building talent pipelines in competitive markets.
- Structured and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and follow-through.
- Passionate about delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
- Must work in London in a hybrid format.
