• Make cold calls and sales calls to prospective clients to sell recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with organisations and key decision-makers.
• Actively engage in face-to-face meetings with recruitment professionals, directors, and line managers.
• Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for technology roles.
• Draft reports, ensure compliance, and participate in internal projects.
• Work to daily targets and KPIs to achieve monetary goals.
